uRecruits uses a two-tier scoring model. Each individual assessment carries its own passing score threshold set at the assessment level. Separately, the system tracks a composite average score across all assessments a candidate completes, shown on a decimal scale out of 10. The per-assessment threshold answers whether a candidate cleared the bar for a specific test. The composite score answers how the candidate stacks up across everything your team has evaluated. Both tiers are logged with actor and timestamp and are exportable.
Yes. Domain and skill assessments are designed for non-coding roles including sales, marketing, finance, operations, healthcare, and HR. The same scoring structure, rubric format, and Scoreboard workflow applies across every role type. Use pre-built evaluations from the library or configure your own to match the specific competencies a role requires.
No. Scores rank candidates. They do not exclude them. Every candidate stays visible to the reviewer regardless of their composite score. Cutoff thresholds are configurable filters, not hard exclusions. The hiring decision always belongs to the recruiter and the hiring manager.
Yes. CSV and PDF exports are available on all packages that include assessments. Full API access is available on the Full Cycle Package, which enables integration with HRIS systems, learning platforms, and reporting tools. Every score, reviewer note, and override is logged and exportable to support audit preparation.
