uRecruits was founded by Thomas Alexander, who has spent years working with organizations navigating complex hiring workflows and HR technology challenges. After seeing firsthand how fragmented recruiting tools slowed hiring teams down, he set out to build a platform that simplifies recruiting while keeping hiring decisions human-led.
