A Customer Service Representative acts as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with the company. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities to effectively support customers and maintain satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism

Provide accurate product or service information to customers

Document customer interactions and track cases for follow-up

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies

Remote + Optional Field Work: Work from home and/or meet clients locally

No Cold Calling: We provide a lead system—clients request help

Tech-Enabled: AI tools for training, recruiting, and efficiency
