We need someone to provide frontline customer support via phone, email, and chat; resolve routine account, billing, and product questions; escalate technical issues to appropriate teams; and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Provide frontline customer support via phone, email, and chat; resolve routine account, billing, and product questions; escalate technical issues to appropriate teams; and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Troubleshoot account, billing, and basic product issues using internal knowledge bases and guides.
  • Create, update, and close support tickets in the CRM while documenting actions and resolution steps.
  • Escalate complex technical or compliance issues to Tier 2/support engineering and follow up until resolution.
  • Assist customers with account setup, password resets, and basic product navigation.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Contribute to FAQs, help articles, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with patience and problem-solving ability.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems, email, and chat tools.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote workspace.
  • Availability to work in assigned shifts (may include evenings or weekends).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior customer service, call center, or technical support experience.
  • Familiarity with payroll, HR, or fintech products is a plus.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.) and basic troubleshooting.
