Customer Service/ Helpdesk Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Customer Service / Helpdesk Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive client experience across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Provide guidance on product usage, account access, and service features.
• Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, helpdesk, or call center environment.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Basic technical knowledge and comfort with troubleshooting common software/hardware issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
