Business Development Manager

We're hiring a Business Development Manager, Asset Management Solutions. (Remote)

This is a hunter-builder seat for someone who genuinely loves finding new logos. LinkedIn warm intros, AI-assisted research and messaging, multi-touch, multi-thread campaigns, whatever it takes to build a pipeline from scratch. You'll own a territory, run full sales cycles from first touch to close, and sell ROI to everyone from plant managers to CFOs.

SupplyPoint builds intelligent asset management systems, think progressive drawers, smart lockers, carousels, and electronic cabinets, that give industrial and manufacturing teams control over tools, consumables, and cost nobody could explain before. We're part of the IO Platform family.

Who we're looking for:

• 5+ years of B2B sales with real new-business chops
• Background in manufacturing, industrial, MRO, or asset-intensive markets
• Comfortable selling hardware and software with a consultative approach
• Can run a multi-stakeholder deal without losing the thread
• Salesforce discipline (pipeline hygiene actually matters here)
• Up for ~40% travel across your territory
