Project Manager

You’re a hyper-organized Project Manager, with three (1) or more years of practical experience. You are hungry for a challenge and energized by producing amazing collaborative and creative digital solutions. You thrive as the coordinator of cross-functional and highly distributed teams of digital experts. You enjoy keeping them on task as you provide support to projects moving through planning, research, creative, engineering, production, and delivery. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 or more years of digital experience in the areas of marketing, strategy, design and/or UX project management experience (with a strong preference for marketing experience)
• Advanced practical knowledge of project management practices including: 
• Coordinating and motivating the team throughout a project’s various phases
• Identifying, organizing, prioritizing, and monitoring project tasks
• Developing detailed project plans 
• Managing budgets, scope, and timeliness for projects / accounts
• Monitoring and tracking project / account performance
• Practical knowledge of modern marketing, design, and UX workflows 
• Excellent interpersonal communications skills, with demonstrated ability to tailor written and verbal communications to various audiences, including internal teams and clients
• Understanding and advocating for the client’s needs and goals
• An exceptional relationship builder with clients, as well as cross departmental internal teams, and the ability to influence their decision making
• Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Capable of prioritizing across multiple projects
• Unafraid of managing up and across the corporate hierarchy
• Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized with advanced time management skills
• Fierce desire to learn
• Dedication and willingness to be a team builder
• Mastery over SmartSheet and/or similar collaborative project planning software; Airtable knowledge a plus
• Mastery over office productivity tools, such as gSheets/gSlides/gDocs
• Familiarity with managing time and tasks management tools like Monday, Jira, Asana, or comparable
• AI literacy and hands-on proficiency with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to support research, writing, and daily workflows
• Experience with (or strong aptitude for) building AI agents and developing agentic workflows to streamline project and account management processes
• Dedicated to providing world-class service

Desirable:

• Professional certifications, e.g. PMP or Agile certifications 
• Business analysis and documentation skills
• Digital Consultancy work experience
