Customer Service Representative – Remote

Roslin Technologies Limited is seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and staying organized while handling customer questions and requests.

Previous customer service experience is welcome but not required. We are open to candidates who are willing to learn, follow instructions, and develop their skills through training.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and approved communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and assistance regarding customer questions and requests.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and helpful approach when communicating with customers.
• Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure issues are directed to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Assist with basic administrative and data-entry tasks related to customer service.
• Maintain organized records and handle customer information responsibly.
• Follow company procedures, training guidelines, and service standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide timely customer support.

Requirements

Training & Development

Selected candidates will receive training on company procedures, customer communication, systems, and day-to-day responsibilities. Training is designed to help new team members become comfortable with the role and company workflow.
