General Laborer

Road King Excavating is seeking dependable, hardworking General Laborers to support our excavation and construction projects. If you enjoy working outdoors, are safety-minded, and take pride in a job well done, we'd like to hear from you. Experience is helpful but not required—we're willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist crews with excavation, grading, trenching, and site preparation.
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment.
• Perform general site cleanup and maintain an organized work area.
• Dig, shovel, rake, and perform other manual labor as needed.
• Support equipment operators and skilled trades on job sites.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and positive attitude.
• Ability to follow directions and work safely.
• Construction or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.
