Book a demoWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to accurately enter, update, and maintain company information and records. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring data is complete, accurate, organized, and entered within required timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data accurately into company databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
Review information for accuracy, completeness, and inconsistencies.
Verify data against source documents and correct errors where necessary.
Maintain organized electronic and physical records.
Process documents, forms, invoices, reports, and other administrative information.
Retrieve and provide data or reports when requested.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Perform regular data quality checks and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with general administrative and clerical duties as required.
Meet established productivity, accuracy, and turnaround-time standards.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is an advantage.
Previous data entry, clerical, or administrative experience is preferred.
Good typing speed and strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Ability to work accurately with large amounts of information.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
