Job Brief:

A Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery used in the production process. This role ensures that machines run efficiently, safely, and produce high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Set up machines according to production specifications
• Operate machinery and monitor performance during production
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Adjust machine settings to improve efficiency or fix issues
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Identify and report mechanical problems or malfunctions
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
• Maintain accurate production records and logs

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous machine operation experience (a plus, but not always required)
• Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and follow instructions or technical manuals
• Strong attention to detail
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
