Job Summary
Link Ventures is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, providing product and service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Assist customers with account management, order processing, billing inquiries, and general support requests.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow company communication standards, policies, and quality assurance guidelines.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions when applicable.
• Meet or exceed performance goals related to response times, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve customer service processes and overall efficiency.
• Stay informed regarding company updates, products, services, and policy changes.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of customer information at all times.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude.

Reporting Structure
The Customer Service Representative reports directly to the Customer Service Manager and works closely with various departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
