Dynamic Healthcare Solutions LLC is seeking qualified independent Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide professional and compassionate patient care. This contract opportunity is designed for healthcare professionals who can deliver safe, reliable, and patient-focused services while maintaining high standards of clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care according to individual care needs and professional standards.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions.
• Perform patient assessments and communicate changes in condition appropriately.
• Assist with medication administration according to applicable scope of practice and care requirements.
• Follow infection-control and patient-safety procedures.
• Provide wound care and support fall-prevention measures when required.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic medical records.
• Perform point-of-care testing when applicable and authorized.
• Provide patient education and support.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.
• Follow Basic Life Support (BLS) and other applicable healthcare safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams while maintaining professional independence.

Compensation

$30–$65 per hour, depending on role, qualifications, experience, and assignment.
