Data Entry Clerk / Data Entry Specialist FT/ PT

About the Role

We’re hiring detail-oriented Data Entry Clerks/Specialists to accurately input, update, and maintain information in our digital systems. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, with options for on-site, hybrid, or remote work depending on location and team needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data from source documents into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
• Verify accuracy of data and correct any discrepancies
• Maintain confidentiality and follow data security protocols
• Generate routine reports and support administrative tasks as needed
• Communicate with team members to resolve data issues quickly

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); some roles prefer Excel experienceindeed
• Typing speed of at least 40–50 WPM with high accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace)
• Prior data entry or clerical experience preferred but not always requiredindeed+1
