IQ Hired is looking for an experienced Lead AI Solutions Architect to lead the implementation of an Agentic Software Development Lifecycle (Agentic SDLC) within a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and implementation of Agentic SDLC

• Design and orchestrate AI agents across requirements, design, coding, testing, CI/CD, deployment & operations

• Define AI engineering architecture, governance and security

• Lead and mentor engineering teams

• Integrate LLMs, AI agent frameworks and AI-assisted engineering tools

• Drive enterprise-wide AI-native software transformation

Required Skills

• 7–10+ years enterprise software engineering

• Technical Lead / Solution Architect / Enterprise Architect experience

• Hands-on Agentic SDLC experience – Mandatory

• GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents & agent orchestration

• Enterprise architecture, cloud, APIs, DevOps & CI/CD

• Experience with tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or Gemini Code Assist
