We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to enter, update, verify, and maintain information in company databases and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, accurate typing skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data accurately in company databases and systems.
• Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Verify data against source documents and correct errors.
• Maintain organized electronic records and files.
• Process forms, documents, spreadsheets, and digital records.
• Perform data cleanup and identify duplicate or missing information.
• Retrieve and organize information as requested by team members.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Complete assigned tasks within established deadlines.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding discrepancies or missing information.
• Follow company procedures for data entry, documentation, and quality control.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous data entry or administrative experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good typing and computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
