Procurement Specialist

As a Procurement Specialist at GoGameExchange, you will work closely with our procurement, operations, and supplier management teams to coordinate the sourcing, purchasing, and timely delivery of products and services that meet our business needs. You will be responsible for identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms, managing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring that all procured items meet established quality standards and business requirements.

You will collaborate directly with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders to maintain smooth procurement operations, resolve purchasing and delivery issues, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedule. Working alongside the Project Lead, you will gain hands-on experience managing the end-to-end procurement process, from supplier selection and cost evaluation to order fulfillment and vendor relationship management.
