Social Media Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to own our brand's presence across social platforms. You will plan, create, and publish engaging content, grow our online community, and turn social channels into a real driver of awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with company goals and brand voice
• Plan and manage a monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
• Create, edit, and publish copy, graphics, short-form videos, and stories
• Grow and engage our community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
• Plan and optimize paid social campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth, traffic, conversions)
• Monitor trends, competitors, and new platform features to keep content fresh
• Collaborate with influencers, creators, and partners on campaigns
• Work closely with design, sales, and product teams to support launches and promotions
