Review and verify work orders, invoices, purchase orders, and project documentation for accuracy. Organize and update digital records, spreadsheets, and databases to ensure information remains current and accessible. Assist with data tracking for ongoing construction projects, budgets, and administrative operations. Collaborate with project managers, field staff, and administrative personnel to support daily business activities.What We’re Looking For: Fast and accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational and data management abilities. The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and accuracy. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, data entry systems, or construction administration is a plus.
