Job Title: Virtual Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, chat, or social media from the comfort of your own home. You will resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide product or service information in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner
- Provide accurate product or service information to customers
- Process customer requests, and exchanges as needed
- Utilize software and technology to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
- Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics, such as first call resolution and customer satisfaction
