Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, and web chat in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide information about RV inventory, rental availability, pricing, service, and parts.
• Book and manage RV rental reservations and service appointments.
• Follow up on sales leads and pass qualified prospects to the sales team.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints, escalating when needed.
• Keep accurate customer records and notes in the CRM.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and parts teams to keep customers informed.
• Process rental payments, deposits, and refunds according to company policy.

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and standard office software.
• Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented attitude.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work standard business hours, including some Saturdays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in RV, automotive, or dealership environments.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/French).
