Call Center Representative

We are seeking customer-focused Call Center Representatives to handle inbound and/or outbound calls, providing exceptional service to our customers. In this role, you will be the voice of our company—resolving issues, answering questions, and building positive relationships through effective phone communication. Whether working from our call center or remotely, you'll play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

• Handle high volume of inbound/outbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Listen actively to customer needs and provide accurate information
• Resolve complaints, process orders, and troubleshoot issues on first contact when possible
• Follow call scripts and protocols while maintaining natural conversation flow
• De-escalate tense situations with empathy and problem-solving skills

Call Management

• Maintain acceptable Average Handle Time (AHT) while ensuring quality service
• Adhere to schedule adherence and attendance policies
• Accurately document call details and outcomes in CRM system
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly call volume targets
• Transfer complex issues to appropriate departments with complete documentation
