Concierge Service Provider - CSP Digital Care Plan Specialist

As a Concierge Service Provider, you will help introduce individuals and communities to approved DiaBuddy Experience digital care plans, including the Diabetes Prevention Program, GLP-1 education and support resources, weight loss roadmap programs, that all include student loan debt-burden support resources, and other wellness education plans offered through approved technology partners. You will serve as a remote wellness navigator, outreach partner, and education-focused support resource. Your role is to help people understand available programs, encourage engagement, assist with enrollment navigation, and provide compassionate follow-up using approved materials and workflows.
