Position Summary
The Superintendent of Media Schools serves as the chief instructional and operational leader for all media schools within the organization. Working under the direction of the Business Owner & President, the Superintendent is responsible for overseeing academic excellence, school operations, leadership development, student success, and organizational compliance across all campuses. This position ensures that each school maintains high standards of educational quality, innovation, and operational effectiveness while supporting principals and school leadership teams.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for all media schools within the organization.
- Supervise and support Principals and school leadership teams.
- Ensure consistent implementation of organizational goals, policies, and educational initiatives.
- Monitor school performance, academic progress, and operational effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student achievement and school success.
- Conduct school visits, evaluations, and leadership meetings.
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and recommending school administrators and instructional staff.
- Support Principals in personnel management, student discipline, and school improvement planning.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on organizational planning and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable educational standards.
- Oversee curriculum implementation and instructional best practices.
- Coordinate professional development opportunities for school administrators and staff.
- Review school budgets and operational needs in collaboration with executive leadership.
- Foster positive relationships with families, community partners, and organizational stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for the Business Owner & President.
- Lead district-wide initiatives, programs, and organizational improvement efforts.
- Perform additional executive leadership duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience as a Principal, Assistant Superintendent, Superintendent, Director, or other educational leadership role preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple schools and manage organizational initiatives.
- Experience with strategic planning, school improvement, and personnel leadership.

Work Environment
This position is based at the Central Office and requires regular travel to all media school campuses. The Superintendent works closely with executive leadership, principals, instructional staff, and community partners to ensure excellence across the organization.
