Reports To: Dalton Giles, President of Media Schools

Position Summary

Stonewall at Warhawks Crossings Media Education Center is seeking an outstanding, student-focused, and visionary Principal to lead our school community. The Principal will provide strong instructional leadership, promote a positive school culture, supervise faculty and staff, and ensure students receive a high-quality educational experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the daily operations of the school.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teachers and support staff.
• Promote academic excellence and student achievement.
• Work collaboratively with families, students, and community partners.
• Ensure school policies and procedures are followed.
• Manage school budgets, resources, and facilities responsibly.
• Coordinate school events, programs, and activities.
• Address student discipline matters in a fair and professional manner.
• Communicate regularly with the President of Media Schools regarding school progress, goals, and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree in Education or Educational Leadership preferred).
• Previous teaching and/or school leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to inspire staff and motivate students toward success.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and educational excellence.
