Position Summary
The Executive Director serves as the senior executive administrator responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization’s media schools and Central Office. Working under the direction of the Business Owner & President, the Executive Director ensures organizational goals are implemented, departments operate efficiently, and leadership teams are supported in delivering high-quality educational programs and administrative services. This position provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and organizational coordination across all divisions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all media schools and Central Office departments.
- Implement the vision, goals, and strategic initiatives established by the Business Owner & President.
- Supervise Central Office directors and administrative leadership staff as assigned.
- Coordinate organizational planning, scheduling, and executive initiatives.
- Monitor operational performance and recommend improvements to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with the Superintendent of Media Schools and Principals to ensure effective school operations.
- Assist with developing organizational policies, procedures, and administrative standards.
- Oversee departmental budgets, purchasing, and operational resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.
- Lead executive meetings and coordinate communication between departments.
- Assist with recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and leadership development.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, and operational updates for the Business Owner & President.
- Represent the organization at meetings, community events, and partnership opportunities as assigned.
- Support crisis management, organizational planning, and problem-solving initiatives.
- Promote collaboration, professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Perform additional executive leadership responsibilities assigned by the Business Owner & President.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business Administration, Educational Leadership, Public Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Executive leadership, educational administration, or senior management experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple departments or organizational operations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment.

Work Environment
The Executive Director is based at the Central Office and regularly collaborates with executive leadership, school administrators, department directors, and community partners. Travel between school campuses and attendance at meetings or organizational events may be required.
