Position Summary

The Business Owner & President of Media Schools serves as the chief executive and highest-ranking leader of the organization. This position is responsible for providing the overall vision, strategic direction, operational oversight, financial leadership, and long-term growth of all media schools and central office operations. The President ensures that every school operates with excellence while maintaining high standards in education, leadership, innovation, and organizational success.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Establish the vision, mission, and long-term strategic goals for all media schools.
• Provide executive leadership and oversight for all schools, departments, and central office operations.
• Hire, supervise, evaluate, and mentor executive leadership staff.
• Make final decisions regarding organizational policies, staffing, budgets, and major initiatives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and fiscal accountability.
• Approve new programs, educational initiatives, and organizational expansions.
• Ensure compliance with all organizational policies, legal requirements, and operational standards.
• Represent the organization in meetings, public events, media appearances, and community partnerships.
• Foster a positive culture focused on professionalism, innovation, collaboration, and student success.
• Develop partnerships with businesses, community organizations, and educational stakeholders.
• Oversee branding, marketing, and public relations efforts.
• Lead executive meetings and provide direction to all administrative leadership.
• Resolve high-level organizational issues and make executive decisions in the best interest of the organization.
• Ensure every media school maintains high standards of academic excellence, student engagement, and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated executive leadership experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in educational administration, business management, or organizational leadership preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple schools and departments simultaneously.
• Financial management and strategic planning experience.

Work Environment
