Data Entry Operation Coordinator

Outcome Insurance Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operations Coordinator to support daily administrative and data management activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, organizing, and maintaining company records while coordinating data-related tasks across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and internal systems.
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Process and organize documents, records, forms, and other administrative information.
• Coordinate data-entry activities and ensure assigned tasks are completed within established deadlines.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation.
• Assist with preparing reports, spreadsheets, and operational summaries.
• Communicate with internal teams to obtain or verify required information.
• Follow company procedures for data handling, confidentiality, and record management.
• Provide general administrative support to the operations team as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
• Previous experience in data entry, administration, operations, or a related role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and digital documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
