Job Title: CMS / CRM Developer
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CMS/CRM Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Content Management Systems (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience integrating third-party applications, developing custom modules, optimizing performance, and ensuring data security.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Umbraco).
- Develop and customize CRM solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, SuiteCRM).
- Build custom plugins, modules, themes, and extensions.
- Integrate CRM/CMS with APIs, payment gateways, ERP systems, and third-party applications.
- Develop responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
- Optimize website and CRM performance for speed, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot bugs and provide ongoing maintenance and support.
- Work closely with business analysts, designers, and project managers to deliver solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, backups, and security best practices.
- Document technical processes and system configurations.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SQL.
- Experience with one or more CMS platforms:

- Experience with one or more CRM platforms:
- Salesforce
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- HubSpot CRM
- Zoho CRM

- Knowledge of REST APIs and web services.
- Experience with Git version control.
- Understanding of MySQL/MS SQL Server.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of CMS/CRM development experience.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Relevant CMS or CRM certifications are a plus.
Nice to Have
- React, Angular, or Vue.js experience.
- SEO optimization knowledge.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Experience with eCommerce integrations (WooCommerce, Magento, Shopify).
- Basic DevOps knowledge.
