Live Chat Associate (Work From Home)

We are looking for a customer-focused Live Chat Associate to provide prompt and professional support to customers through live chat. The ideal candidate should have excellent written communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues related to products, services, orders, or accounts.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Meet response time, customer satisfaction, and quality targets.
• Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
• Excellent written English and typing skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, chat support, or call center is preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or chat software.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, or holidays if required.

Preferred Skills:

• Fast typing speed (30–40+ WPM).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Experience using tools like Zendesk, Intercom, LiveChat, or Freshdesk is an advantage.
