Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Support Executive to join our remote team. You will be the first point of contact for farmers and clients, assisting them with inquiries, providing guidance, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience with our consultancy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to farmer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about our consultancy services and farming solutions.
- Guide farmers through troubleshooting and problem-solving related to agriculture practices.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and update client databases.
- Collaborate with the consultancy team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely solutions.
- Gather feedback from farmers to help improve our services.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer support or client service (preferably in agriculture or related sectors).
- Strong communication skills in [specify languages, e.g., English and Bangla].
- Empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently.
