Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring first-contact resolution whenever possible.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, guide customers through product features, and offer clear, concise solutions.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly and accurately within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical support and product development, to resolve complex customer issues.
• Identify and escalate critical customer feedback or recurring issues to management for continuous service improvement.
Proven experience (1-3 years) in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat or online support environment.
• Excellent written communication skills in English, with impeccable grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively, manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously, and prioritize tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven customer support setting.
