We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Amsterdam, New York. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality nursing care and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize resident care.

Responsibilities:

·        Recording health details of Residents, including Vitals & Temperature.

·        Provide a wide range of patient care under the supervision of an RN or DON

·        Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed.

·        Document the care provided to patients or residents

·        Treating and dressing wounds as needed

·        Other Assigned duties

QUALIFICATIONS:

·        Must be able to work as a team member.

·        Two years of experience is preferred.

·        Valid LPN State license

·        Must be in good standing with the State Registry
