Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise nursing staff and residents on the assigned unit
- Oversee admissions and readmissions of residents
- Initiate and update individualized care plans
- Conduct rounds with attending physicians
- Complete progress notes, document vital signs, weights, and any pertinent changes in the resident's condition
- Complete and maintain MDS documentation specific to the unit
- Ensure residents’ comfort, safety, dignity, and privacy at all times
- Provide guidance, education, and emotional support to residents and their families
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in long-term care, sub-acute rehab, or acute care (preferred)
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with residents, families, and team members
