We believe that Pharmacists can do more than count pills so there is a reason we say we don’t dispense medications as we focus on engaging with patients at home via Telehealth to provide care health and spiritual wellness solutions to them AT-HOME..

We believe that remote care is the foundation of everything we do so we are looking to expand nationwide by delivering better patient outcomes at The DiaBuddy Experience. We want to meet individuals with a passion for direct patient care who align with our commitment to deliver digital care plans and wellness solutions remotely.

The DiaBuddy Experience- Powered By Caresync Concierge is a nationwide network of students of pharmacy plus pharmacists and other healthcare professionals that mentor them, We have chosen a different path — a non-traditional pathway built on our unwavering belief and commitment that 'Prevention Is a Cure For Chronic Conditions'.

We focus on deispensing lifestyle modifications, education and human connections that build meaningful relationships rather than transaction driven metrics of just filling prescriptions.

We partner with the Diabetes Foundation and other non-profit organizations to mentorand train the next generation of patient care advocates and certify them as DiaBuddy Service Providers (DSPs). We show up every day for patients living with pre-diabetes, diabetes and other chronic conditions that are too often managed with a pill instead of a conversation.

Through our remote care / anywhere Telehealth model, we are able to bring real, meaningful support directly to patients wherever they want to be, which is not at the doctor's office, hospital or pharmacy during this post-pandemic era. We will continue to reach out into the communities we live and work in, to help those navigating the challenging and changing healthcare landscape.
