 About the Company

We are a growing organization focused on building a strong and people-first culture. As we scale, we are looking for an HR Executive who can handle end-to-end HR operations and support our hiring and employee engagement initiatives.


Role Overview

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, and day-to-day HR operations. This role requires a hands-on individual who can work closely with leadership and ensure smooth HR functioning in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Post jobs on portals and screen candidates
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate database and hiring trackers

2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Manage joining formalities and documentation
  • Conduct induction and onboarding sessions
  • Handle exit formalities and feedback collection

3. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Manage attendance, leave, and basic payroll coordination
  • Ensure compliance with company policies

4. Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute engagement activities
  • Address employee queries and concerns
  • Support performance management processes

5. Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws
  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes
  • Basic knowledge of payroll and labor laws
  • Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently
  • Familiarity with HR tools / ATS is a plus

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred
