About the Company
We are a growing organization focused on building a strong and people-first culture. As we scale, we are looking for an HR Executive who can handle end-to-end HR operations and support our hiring and employee engagement initiatives.
Role Overview
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, and day-to-day HR operations. This role requires a hands-on individual who can work closely with leadership and ensure smooth HR functioning in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Post jobs on portals and screen candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database and hiring trackers
2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Manage joining formalities and documentation
- Conduct induction and onboarding sessions
- Handle exit formalities and feedback collection
3. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Manage attendance, leave, and basic payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies
4. Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute engagement activities
- Address employee queries and concerns
- Support performance management processes
5. Compliance & Policies
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment processes
- Basic knowledge of payroll and labor laws
- Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently
- Familiarity with HR tools / ATS is a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred
