Job Description
As an SDE-3, you will take end-to-end ownership of complex systems and play a pivotal role in architectural decisions, system design, and scaling production-grade platforms across web, SaaS, and AI domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and performant backend and frontend systems
- Lead complex modules/features end-to-end, including planning, development, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and clients to convert business problems into technical solutions
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices across the team
- Contribute to technical architecture and DevOps decisions
- Work with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, DevOps) on delivery
- Drive technical excellence in projects involving MVPs, SaaS applications, and AI integrations
